- Capital7's interview process is high-touch and highly communicative. Capital7 will never interview candidates without speaking over the phone. In addition, our interview process is done face-to-face via Zoom with hiring managers.
- Please be aware if you are interviewing for a position at Capital7, an initial phone interview with take place with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We do not interview any candidates via email.
- Capital7 will never ask you to deposit a check when it comes to provisioning IT equipment.
- Please take note of the email address of the person who contacts you for a position, Capital7's email address domain is @capital7.ca. Any email address that does not reflect @capital7.ca is fraudulent.
